Therapy Services
We support our clients in navigating the relationships, identities, transitions, and challenges that make up our lives. Our therapists offer a range of perspectives and areas of expertise, with a shared commitment to creating a space where you can explore what’s happening in your life without judgment.
We draw from a variety of somatic, relational, and creative approaches, including Somatic Experiencing, Person-Centered therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, Narrative, and Art Therapy. Rather than following one formula, we thoughtfully integrate these approaches to meet you where you are and support deeper understanding, connection, and meaningful change.

We offer support with:
- Identity & Self-Discovery — Exploring who you are, what feels authentic, and how you want to move through the world.
- Gender Transition — Support as you explore, navigate, and affirm your gender identity and expression.
- Relationships & Communication — Building healthy relationships, navigating conflict, and finding ways to communicate what you need. This includes exploring relationships outside of traditional structures, with support that respects the ways you choose to build connection and intimacy.
- Boundaries & Family — Exploring relationships, expectations, and boundaries within nuclear and chosen family while finding ways to communicate your needs and navigate what matters to you.
- Life Transitions — Support through periods of change, uncertainty, growth, and becoming more fully yourself.
- Trauma, Stress & Burnout — Understanding how difficult experiences affect you and developing ways to feel more grounded and connected.
- Disability & Chronic Illness — Support in navigating the emotional, relational, practical, and relational impacts of disability and chronic illness, and caregiving, while making space for grief, adaptation, identity, and self-advocacy.
- Racial, Queer & Community Injustice — Supporting those affected by racism, anti-Queer oppression, and community injustice as they pursue public justice in hostile contexts, while building emotional resources for resistance, healing, freedom, and liberation grounded in anti-racist and anti-capitalist psychology.
- Care for Therapists — A space for therapists to step out of the caregiving role and make room for their own experiences, relationships, identities, and challenges—including processing the emotional cost of caring for others.
- Life’s Complicated Parts — Because sometimes you don’t have a neat category for what you’re going through. You just know you could use some support.
