Jill is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the states of Missouri and Oklahoma with a Masters Degree in Counseling from Covenant Seminary.  She is the owner of Magnolia Counseling Services LLC which has been in business since 2014. She primarily counsels adult individuals, aged 21 and up. Because of losses in her own life, she has a heart for those experiencing grief or end-of-life issues and knows that often it is a time of feeling lonely and misunderstood.

Jill is also passionate about helping to emotionally equip those affected by racial and community injustice as they fight for public justice in an often hostile context and work together with them to seek freedom and liberation through personal healing.

She has experience in providing therapy for other therapists and loves working to help provide safety and holistic treatment for other therapeutic caregivers in our community.

Jill also has worked extensively with the LGBTQIA+ community, and enjoys working with clients in both traditional and non-traditional relationship structures, including polyamory and non-monogamy.

In session, Jill seeks to come alongside clients and help
them to make sense of what is going on in their lives in
a collaborative and integrative process that has a trauma-informed, person-centered, relational focus and together work toward individualized goals.  Jill is a current student of Somatic Experiencing® and enjoys integrating Somatic Experiencing® techniques into session in order to help the body resolve trauma and chronic stress, release stored emotions, and regulate the nervous system.
