Catherine Wright (she/her) is a Provisionally Licensed Professional Counselor (PLPC - lic. #2025041984), under the supervision of Jill Harding, LPC, NCC (lic. #2014032305), with a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Missouri-St. Louis and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Truman State University. Catherine has experience seeing adults (18+) discussing a wide array of topics, including anxiety, depression, identity, relationship issues, self-esteem issues, and more. Catherine is passionate about creating an open, non-judgmental space in counseling. She also believes in creating a new therapy for each client, and tailoring the experience of counseling to your unique needs and wants. 

In her work, Catherine integrates principles of Internal Family Systems Therapy (this form of counseling utilizes inner-child work), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (this kind of therapy uses present-moment awareness and some elements of meditation), and Person-Centered Therapy. Catherine also provides support to monogamous couples, polyamorous relationships and open relationships.​

Rates 
$90 per 50-minute session


Reduced Fee 
Reduced fee services based on income are available on a limited basis.

Cancellation Policy 
If you miss a scheduled session without canceling, or cancel with less than 24 hours notice, it is my policy to collect the full cost of the session at the responsibility of the client. ​
Insurance Accepted:
Catherine is out of network with all insurance providers and is willing to provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance for reimbursement.

​Payment 
Cash, check, and all major credit cards are accepted for payment of copays or self-pay sessions.
